brothers

Julia grew up with brothers. She often tells stories of watching them beat up on each other, play football, wrestle, laugh, learn, and stand up for one another. I think she participated as much as possible too. These two have a mutual respect that goes beyond friendship. Don’t get me wrong, they share the brotherly enthusiasm for finding what makes the other go to Mom or Dad with an exclamation of “MOM!!!! He did it again! I told him to stop! but he didn’t!!” Despite the normal trials of surviving life with a sibling, these two brothers care for each other deeply. They have vastly different personalities, but share a inner sense of love for family.
