Every year we try to offer a group of mini-sessions. These sessions are perfect for families who only need a smaller number of photos to choose from for their holiday card or holiday gifts.  With only 57 days left until Christmas, our session dates are getting booked up fast.  This year, we will have our popular mini-sessions on November 28.  Call or email to reserve your session right away, as these spaces tend to fill up fast. At Schafer Photography, we feel passionate about the importance of education. We both have strong ties to the education field. Without question, teachers give their heart and soul to their profession. Day-in and day-out, these people provide guidance and love to kids in ever increasing class sizes for less and less money. This year, once again, our kids were blessed with phenomenal teachers who not only challenged them in reading, writing, and math, but also modeled the caring personality, insightful, and resilient character traits that we hope to instill in Christopher and Ainsley. This summer we are offering a special package for all teachers.

Believe it or not, the Holidays are approaching.  We’ve decided to offer some holiday mini sessions in October. This is a great chance for a family, kids, or baby session for your holiday card.  Let us know right away if you are interested. So this is the first weekend of summer.  I want to celebrate by taking some photos.  Julia and the kids are in Colorado for the weekend, so I need your help.

I’ll make 2 spaces open this weekend for photo shoots.  $185.00 (includes the session fee AND the disc of digitally edited photos)—- Julia’s probably gonna kill me for only charging that, but she’s not here right now.  The session can be just you,  just the kids,  just the dog, or your family  ….(up to 4 please…..or contact me and we’ll talk).

And because I don’t like to post without a photo. Here’s one from April when I took the kids to the beach. We’d played for a few hours then I made them be my models for a few shots. As you can see, they were less than thrilled.
